Daily Clip--->Wipe Me Down.
Gas Tank on E, but all drinks on ME. WIPE ME DOWN
Big Business, Ef you.
When 'The Cool' by Lupe Fiasco came out in 2007 I played it straight through everyday, 3 times a day, for 2 weeks. That figure may be vastly understated. Nevertheless, Lupe drops bangers and lyrically scrambles your mind like eggs. Corporate America and profits associated with creativity staunch the creative mind and hampers our favorite artists ability to release the music their hearts are into. Fans have no idea who the President of Atlantic records is, there is a reason for that, he is not an entertainer. Let the entertainers do what they do best. After the jump, All black Everything off Lupe's forthcoming album Lasers slated to drop the 8th of March and an exert from a recent interview with complex magazine. Intriguing stuff.
"One thing I try to stress about this project is, I love and hate this album. I listen to it and I’ll like some of the songs. But when I think about what it took to actually get the record together and everything that I went through on this record—which is something I can’t separate—I hate this album. A lot of the songs that are on the album, I’m kinda neutral to. Not that I don’t like them, or that I hate them, it’s just I know the process that went behind it. I know the sneaky business deal that went down behind this song, or the artist or singer or songwriter who wrote this hook and didn’t want to give me this song in the first place. So when I have that kind of knowledge behind it, I’m just kind of neutral to it like, ‘Another day, another dollar."

Daily Clip--->No idea is original
The usual Bruh-ha-ha over Kanye's new video is for "All of the Lights" has naturally occurred. The standard, 'Man this video is the TITS', 'I wanna buy some skinny leather pants even if my knots don't fit' or 'Rihanna is Banginnn as a red head how did droopy faced Drake hit that' conversation has ensued.
I enjoy the video, and particularly all of the lights in the intro. This particular intro consequently is surprisingly what has the internet going nuts. The above clip is not from the "All of the Lights" video but instead the Opening Credits from a film entitled "Enter the Void". Unfortunately due to copyright Yezzy's video is not publishable.
Here is the link to the video- Kanye West - All Of The Lights ft. Rihanna, Kid Cudi
Now you're probably thinking wait a minute, is West not ripping off the opening credits to "Enter the Void"? In short, yes he absolutely is, BUT I see no problem with this. Homage is being paid and they say that the best form of flattery is imitation. We would have to be naive to believe everything we see from our icons is original. Inspiration occurs everyday and imitating your inspiration demonstrates the amount of respect you have for their work. This is not the first time Kanye has successfully borrowed something and put his own unique spin on it.
Take for example the critically acclaimed and revered Air Yeezy. It would be impossible to deny the fact that the Sole of the Shoe is taken directly from the Jordan III or that the upper is borrowed heavily in its shape from the Jordan V. Yeezy himself has never denied this and has in fact embraced the inspirations for the shoe. Although he has been catching heat like Lebron when he moved to South Beach, I see it this way; Would Noe's video be reaching as wide an audience as it currently is without the help of West? NOPE!

Daily Clip--->Theophilus London
I pride myself on being ahead of the Sonic soundwave, having my finger on the pulse and being aware of what is Caliente. (hot in Spanish, suckas) That being said the world is big, I dunno if you guys knew that already or not, so therefore I can forgive myself for not knowing everything. Although I have been slacking on my macking and slipping on my pimping sometimes you simply fall into something that BLOWS YOU AWAY. This dude is that grenade launcher. My favorite posts from youtube after the break. Listen and Enjoi.
i m not sure but i think God made this song

I'll look back.
I'll look back 10 months from now and have no idea where the time went. I can't believe today is already gone. I'm not old, I dunno who admits to being old, but I do know I am getting older. I started a blog today because I do things, I like things and I want to remember these things before they escape me. I feel like my mind is @ the 30 meter section of the 100 yard dash. I like that life is happening and the way it goes and I will never look back at my life and wonder what could have been. I'll embrace anything and everything that comes my way because that's life, and life is the coolest.

Is this the Ipocalypse?
Today, February 2, 2011, is the day the internet is projected to run out of IP addresses. For those of you who don't know, an IP adress is a unique number assigned to each device connected to the internet. It's kind of like a phone number for computers. The internet running out of IP addresses is like a phone company running out of phone numbers. In order to allow more phones into the system, you have to add digits to the phone numbers. The same thing goes for IP addresses, except it's a bit more complicated than just adding numbers. Adding extra digits to the IP address system will make the IP addresses incompatible with the original IP addresses. Nobody knows how this problem will be solved. For now, this problem only effects people receiving new internet devices. For everyone else, you can still use the internet like you normally do.
A graph showing the availability of IP addresses in the current IP system:
Watch the story here:
WHAT WILL HAPPEN NEXT?!?! Who knows? Who cares? At least we can still use the internet now, right?

12 Things You Probably Didn't Know About the Movie 'Groundhog Day'
I thought this would be appropriate, since it actually is groundhog day.
from BuzzFeed.com:
Original Site: http://www.buzzfeed.com/billmurray/12-things-you-probably-ddnt-know-about-the-2md6
from BuzzFeed.com:
1. Bill Murray was bitten by the groundhog twice during shooting.
2. Director Harold Ramis originally wanted Tom Hanks for the lead role, but decided against it, saying that Hanks was “too nice.”
3. Tori Amos was considered for the role of Rita.
4. A family of groundhogs was actually raised for the production.
5. One of the groundhog officials is Brian Doyle-Murray, one of Bill Murray’s five brothers.
6. The movie was filmed in Woodstock, Illinois. In Woodstock, there’s a small plaque that reads “Bill Murray stepped here” on the curb where Murray continually steps into a puddle.
7. According to an interview with director Harold Ramis, he and Bill Murray argued over the tone of the film. Murray wanted the film to be more philosophical while Ramis wanted it to be more comedic. The two argued throughout the production and have not spoken to each other since.
8. On February 2, 1993 the sun didn’t rise until 7:25am in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania. This means the film is technically inaccurate - it would still have been dark at 6am.
9. According to director Harold Ramis, most of the times when he tried to explain a scene to Bill Murray, Murray would interrupt and ask, “Just tell me - good Phil or bad Phil?”
10. In the “Jeopardy!” sequence, the second player we see is Jim Scott, a five-time “Jeopardy” Champion who won his fifth game on the October 1, 1990 broadcast. He went on to win the Tournament of Champions contest that season.
11. There are exactly 38 days depicted in the movie either partially or in full.
12. They shot 25 takes of the closing scene when Bill Murray wakes up next Andie MacDowell as they were unsure of the tonality of the scene.

Steelers Win the Superbowl
The Steelers will win Super Bowl XLV. Atleast that's what Madden says. Ea's Madden NFL 11 ran a simulation of this Sunday's big game putting the Steelers up 24-20. It's going to be a close game, so let's see how accurate Madden is.
Here's the run down of the game from g4tv.com...
Down 13-17 going into the fourth quarter, Green Bay quarterback Aaron Rodgers hit James Jones in the end zone to put the Pack up by three points with nine minutes left in the game. The defense for both teams kept the score tight throughout most of the fourth quarter, with neither willing to budge. After the two minute warning, Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger hit Mike Wallace on a slant, and the wide receiver’s world-class speed helped outrace the Packers defense for a 36 yard touchdown pass; giving Pittsburgh the lead with 1:20 left on the clock.
With no timeouts, Rodgers led Green Bay into Pittsburgh territory as the nail-biting contest drew to a close. In a last second desperation attempt, Rodgers targeted receiver Jordy Nelson, but Steelers safety, Ryan Clark, picked off the pass, clinching Pittsburgh’s Super Bowl XLV victory. Pittsburgh wide receiver Mike Wallace was named Super Bowl MVP with five catches for 111 total yards and a touchdown.

RIP atdhe.net
atdhe.net, a website devoted to providing audiences all over the globe links to broadcasting sites that play a wide variety of sporting events from around the world, has been seized by the ICE and the US Department of Homeland Security on the grounds that the website has committed copyright infringement. The site was a public service to international audiences who wanted to watch certain sporting events that aren't broadcasted on TV that is available in their area. I was a proponent of the site. I used to watch Real Madrid play soccer on this site. I'm from the United States where Real Madrid soccer matches are not available to watch on TV. I guess I'll have an extra 2 hours free on my Sundays.

Diddy Sued for $1 Trillion
I don't usually like celebrity news, but I'm making this one exception
Valerie Joyce Wilson Turks is suing Sean "Diddy" Combs for a myriad of ridiculous things. According to Turks, Diddy, along with his ex-girlfriend Kim Porter and LAPD brutality victim Rodney King, is responsible for the collapse of the World Trade Center. After the three knocked down the World Trade Center, Turks said that they "knocked my children down." Also, Turks says that Diddy stole a poker chip from her that is worth "100 zillions of dollars" that she won in a Mississippi casino and later gave to someone else (why would you ever give your poker chips to someone else?). She also claims that Diddy is the father of her son who is now 23 years old. She wants $900 billion for child support and $100 billion for pain and suffering.
Really? Get a life woman. Either that or sober up.
